I was a postpaid customer of airtel for the past one year having a security deposit of Rs 300.00
I have converted above mentioned number from postpaid to prepaid on 24 april by clearing outstanding bill, submiting fresh application with passport copy and photo @ airtel office in frazer town bangalore. Within a day it was converted to prepaid.
Suddenly on 6th of may outgoing call facility was disconnected. When i spoke to customer care executive he says document was incomplete and have to resubmit the document
i have resubmitted the document on 7th may @ airtel office at frazer town bangalore but still nothing has been done
