Disconnection of Service

Dear Sir,

I am a user of mobile number 9945180575, which I took in July. I got a message to resubmit the documents which I did in August, even though, the service was again disconnected on September 23rd saying to again resubmit the document, which I again did on October 4th. Today, 08/10, when I contacted the customer care, I was roughly told that they have not received the documents. Its been more than 15 days since I have no outgoing or incoming facility. I would request you to please look into the matter.
