With great regret, I am writing you that i am not at all happy with the customer service been provided by you.
The issue is - Recently i was been gifted a hello tune from one of my airtel cousin, wen i accepted the gift on 4th of October, i was been told that I am have been gifted this hello tune and I will not be charged for the first month subscription. I availed the gift, just after 6 days i am getting a message from Airtel saying that a renewal of Rs. 30, will happen after 3 days for my hello tune subscription, when contacted the customer care a customer executive named Mr. Muneeb, had received my call and i told him this issue, initially he wasn't agreeing to me at all, and denied that their is no such feature where you can gift a hello tune, on that when i told him to connect me to his superior, his body language changed and wasn't speaking properly, this annoyed me and with great difficulty he transfer the call to his superior Named Miss. Sandhya, when I told the issue, she dint respond properly in spite i have told that i was not aware of the terms conditions, which was not mentioned while i accepted the gift. Instead she is blaming me for this problem. Its not the matter of Rs. 30, its the matter of basic human traits, the way you speak to your customer and greet them, but over here both these people have really annoyed me with their talks and body language.

and when I told Miss. Sandhya that I am no more going to continue with the services of airtel and will be switching off to other telecom service, instead of convincing me and taking care of the problem, she happily told " OK sir", is this the way you treat your customers, I also have a corporate Plan of airtel for my 130 employees and Broad Band, with such services, please tell me which customer will opt for your services and continue with it, and will I even suggest other people for airtel after such horrible incident?
