Hello, I am a airtel mobile consumer for last 1 years (Mobile # 9731456802). Recently I got sms and call as well regarding resubmission of the documents and provided time span is very minimal. After getting in touch with customer care I came to know that the required documents has to be submitted on a particular location which is far away from my place. I do understand that it is government norm and airtel has to follow it but how they expect consumers to resubmit these documents on such a short span of time. Especially when if a consumer is working for a private firm for 12 hours in a day.
At the time of selling the product airtel sells it at every cornor of a street then why can't they make such arrangements to collect the documents again. Or why can't they send their executives to collect it.
I hope airtel will hear it and make an arrangement to collect the documents from me. My address is
