Airtel
Serviced not barred on reaching credit limit

1) I have been using the Airtel mobile service since 2005.There was no default

on payment from my side since then.

2) When i signed for airtel service i was informed about the credit limit of Rs

5400/-.

3) On 4th Oct i received a bill of Rs 22929.21/-

4) When i activated my international roaming on 5th Sept through customer

service on phone, i was not asked to pay any additional charges or any deposits

and my international roaming was activated, also there was no communication

regarding credit limit. As a customer the information i have that my maximum

liability is Rs 5400/-.

5) No additional information was conveyed regarding O2-UK technicality and

credit limit.

6) When i using the Airtel service in UK i never received any communication

regarding nearing or exceeding my credit limit which is generally a part of

service to be provided by the provider (AIRTEL)

7) As per the mail communication exchange with Airtel it is clear that there has

been a fault/ lack of communication from airtel due to which the charges have

been built to my account.

I am liable to pay Rs 5400/-(my credit limit). Since its been more then 3

months that we haven't come to conclusion
