Service messages from Airtel with the display name AX-Airtel is unnecessarily irritating. I wanted to stop reception of those service messages. The main problem with the message is that even if we dont open them [trying to ignore] the messages are set in such a way that the phone will go on vibrating till the message is opened. I mailed regarding this to Airtel at [email protected]. The replies received are not satisfactory. Also the problem hasn't been solved. Also I mailed Airtel regarding stopping recorded calls relating to offers.
they have replied too that necessary action will be taken. Still I am receiving those irksome calls.
