Hi, this is nithyanandhan... i am having a airtel postpaid connection.. previously i was using only for making calls and my bill was around 400-500 per month.. this month i activated the internet gprs pack 98 which comes with a free usage of 2gb. after using it for a week my unbilled amount was raised to 3500rs with no reason eventhough i have used the internet of 200mb only yet... recently i got a msg stating to make a payment for 3100rs for uninterrupted service. when i call the customer care they told they will increase the credit limit from 1500 to 5000. suddently today morning my connection with the network was cut and couldnot make anything out of my mobile. when i contacted the customer care dept they told we have to make payment for 3500rs to get it activated and that amount will be taken for the next month payment.. i feel it is completely meaning to have postpaid connection with the payment made before we use it. and my actual bill is not the one i am payment which is 6 times my actual bill which is quite unacceptable.. now i was made into situation to leave the network...
