God Help the Airtel customers.

I m porting out my number to a nother service proivider. Thank God the number portability has finally materialised.

My number is 9741158599 (Loyal Customer since Was a corporate connection since then, then converted to my personal number in 2010 March.

I was planning few connections to be taken for my corporate... after the issues detailed below, i m not going to even think about it, infact we have 7 diff airtel connections in my family circle, we re porting out of your service. And also ve couple of airtel broadband c0nnections which i am going to disconnect once i get a new connection from nother service provider.

Issues/Mistakes/Problem/Compalint

1.You re the only guys who charge for calling your customer care for making complaints.

2. You guys are clever by calling for an alternate number while discussing an issue/problem and disconnect the existing call... so that its not recorded.

3. False information and adamant to accept the fault.

4. Customer service executive do not understand simple english... they jus read out the protocol/message given by their seniors like a parrot.

5. False Promises: Supervisor promises to call within 24 hours, but does not call for the next 4 days, I had to call you guys to check and again i've been ill treated...

6. Have to explain the problem over & over & over again to all the executives in your hierarchy. Each call lasts bout 50 min and still the prob doesnt get resolved

7. When i complaint against a supervisor, the so called regional manager/head gets defensive about his employee, blaming me and insulting me.

8. The Regional Head is not willing to part with the contact number/email id to raise a complaint against him.

9. The regional head is rude by saying me " do whatever you want to do" i don care and bangs/cuts the phone on me.

Executives/Managers @ fault

1. Rajesh (Regional Manager/Customer Care) Absolute nonsense guy/v rude/bad mouthed guy - Gud valued asset to airtel/gud recruit for airtel

2.Vinay (Supervisor) The guy who promised me - to call back in 24 hours/I had followed up by calling customer care after 100 Hours for which there is no record of the promise made to call me back.

3.Shreyas (Not sure about the name - 2nd Supervisor) - Not ready to listen to me.

And there's a list of executives whose names i dont remeber... i m sure u can track their names by logging on to the recorded files of the calls i made to you.

Looking forward to hearing from one of ur senior executive (not the Rajesh Type).
