This is regarding my complaint against airtel for not changing the bill plan on
time.
I had requested for migration of bill plan last month. and it was supposed to
get effected on 6th.
I also made a payment of Rs 3000 for my internet usage according to old plan till 6th. The guy assured me that bill plan will get changed on 6th.
But on sat, we got a call saying that, this change was not done..
The worst experience was when I called the customer service yest to enquire
about it.. and there one rude guy took the phone and gave bad service. He
rudely mentioned that there is not request made. But I am sure that I made a
call on last week of may to change the request plan. it either on
23rd/24th/25th may for sure..
I just got shock when i saw in airtel.in that from 5th to 11th, only the dsl charges are
4500..This is definitely a mistake by airtel and I request to you check into
this matter with top priority.
I definitely don't want to pay so much amount for mistake which I have not done.
