I was looking for a internet connection in my home, as I was little hurry I applied for Airtel broad brand connection one representative came and supplied hand set modem etc..I gave cheque for device charge and one month advance it was on 10 th July, next day device charges deducted, on 19th advance as well.

still I haven't got connection, representative not giving any proper reason but rarely picking phones.
I need urgent connection almost one month I waited for Airtell, what should I do? can I use this device for reliance connection? how I get money back? can I take any action against them?
