Airtel unsolicited videos parlour subscription and renew daily

Hi,

I don't know how I have been subscribed to videos parlour since august 19th and I do not remember subscribing for the videos parlour. In any case it is highly unacceptable that there is no unsubscribe option on the airtel live page. I have raised this issue by calling on 198 and the representative has assured me of unsubscribed the service, but still daily the same service is renewed and rs.5 is debited from the balance. And now, the 198 call is also blocked for my number. While viewing my account I get info on what services I have subscribed to but airtel seems to have conveniently forgotten about the unsubscribe tab. Today I get another message that the subscription has been renewed while I hadn't authorized any such renewal. I demand this problem be resolved. Such random schemes to fleece money seems rather petty coming from airtel. If this issue will not resolve soon, I'll be bound to change the operator. The number which is affected with this service is: 9945182900. Please help asap to unsubscribe this service and revert all the debited amount till date.
