Billing issue & Data Card not working

Hi, I have a 3G Data card from Airtel with number 9902930745. The tariff plan on the data card was 675 and later upgraded to 899 plan. For the month of September, I have received a bill with charges for 675 and 899 plan with total amount of 1783 rupees. When contacted Airtel team, the floor manager accepted the mistake and asked me to make the payment of 991/- only and mentioned that the issue will be fixed on October 7 (prior to the due date of October 9). Another issue was, the card stopped working for more than a week and even after the payment of 991/- airtel could not fix the issue. Continuous calls to customer care and communication with their floor manager yeilded no result. I have escalated the issue to as per the escalation matrix I have (mailed to Sanjiv Verma & Sunil Karala) and there was no response from them as well. Every time, I have only assurance that, the issue will be resolved soon and they will call back in 4 hours etc.. it is also important to highlight that, to get a floor manager, approximate time is 30 minutes. This is the second consequetive month I am having the issue and it is unfortunate that, Airtel is interested more in collecting money than giving the service to customer. Airtel has one of the worst website a enterprise can have.. horrible slow and most of the time, it won't work at all to register a complaint.
