Phone No Deactivated by Airtel

My brother had taken SIM Card with proper address proof and photo id (Driving License) but got a call from Airtel saying that SIM card belonged to someone else. He had loaded Rs 250 which was not even refunded and he was blocked to make outgoing calls and not able to receive calls.

This is formal complaint sent to [email protected] but no proper response:

Dear sir/mam,

I am xxxxxxxx would like to bring your kind attention that i have taken airtel no xxxxxx at the same time i have given my address proof ie Driving license and photo and application form to retialer at dodda kamanhalli near maruti detal college and local address proof..Reailer assured that my no wil get activated soon .once it is get activated i was satisfied but one day one peson fom airtel called that this no belong to some other paeron sanjay kumar itried to convince that this pertains my name as i have submitted address proof he was not ready to listen and said ur no is deactived and my outgoing call was barred i submitted adress proof two times to diffrent customer care relationship centre first time on11/11 and sencond time 20/11 even then my outgoing facility is barred, When last time i called to customer care no 198 they said you have to take new no this no is not going to be activated because ur verifcation call is negative.

I can not take new no because i have cirulated this no to alomost all my contact and even rechared with Rs 250 .so kindly look into this matter seriously and resolve as soon as possible.
