Bill issue

Hi,

I raised a Service request with Airtel - 8791366 with a resolution date of 22 Dec 17:54:02.

The issue was a bill was generated after the plan was changed without my consultantation.

The bill has been generated with a huge amount

I raised the complaint and have not even received a call till now with reference to the issue.

Not sure what service is provided with them
