I have been using airtel broadband from airtel for more then 5 Years,
For last 8 months the bogus bill have been generated. After several request whne they correct the bill stuff two months back for 6 months and said this will not repeat in future but again same types of bills are generated for last two months.
Looks Airtel customer care is not at all sensitive care of customer request and complaint now a days at all.
Can I request some Airtel customer care officer to look into this and help to solve this issue.
