Bill amount for gprs plan is too much

I have done activate of 3G plan for 3month 500MB free ..after my plan is get deactivated i have called customer care and they informed me that the plan is still active and after the end of the Month they will deacitavte other wise complete GPRS usage will be charged as per 10p/kb, i have waited for some days and i got finally bill which showns complte GPRS usage has beeen charged 10p/KB, which is too much

customer care is not sending any messages on the activation and deactivation of the plans and they are either informing the things when i am calling them after bill get generated they are telling me to pay this much amount
