Complain for deduction of my prepaid mobile (No- 9760675799) balance

Dear sir/ Maam

I want to say that i am Najmul S.I. Khan and my mobile no is 9760675799.

I tell you about my prepaid mobile balance deduction today

(31.01.2011) morning my balance is Rs is 329 but evening i check my

balance then show me Rs 2.14.

I call your toll free no 198, 121 and nodal officer but i have not

satisfied for ans of my problem. They says me that i call a

unknown (like as 5664464etc.) number then deduct my balance.but also i

am not agree for this ans because i don't any call any unknown number.

please solve my problem and return my prepaid balance. if you

don't action of my problem in 48 hours then i change my number or

service provider.

please pay attention my problem.
