My self Iam naidu working as a Manager for Citi diagnostics, we are using Airtel postpaid i.e 91-9000180455 connection since june on company name, one our previous employee has taken the airtel postpaid connection on his name i.e 918008150001, and address was mentioned in that is citi diagnostics, barkatpura, hyderabad, he had given alternative no is 91-9000180455, so recently he left from the organization, his own number is having over due, Airtel people asking us to pay the outstanding amount his personel number and also they disconnected the service for company number. when i called to the customer care people they are saying address was matched so they disconnected the service for company number.
I request you to take the serious action on airtel people and strictly warn them to again dont repeat for other peoples and kindly do the needful.
