Hi,
I have raised a request to cancel by Broadband connection for Number 080-41645312. Cancellation/record No: 475997 on 21st April. However i was shocked to see that they have not cancelled my connection and have billed me till 4th May. I was contacted by various people till date regarding collection of the instrument. I have requested them to collect the same asap. I had spoken to Irshad during 1st week of May, Anthony – 14th May, Madhu – 20th May, Bala - 23rd May of Airtel. But today again i came to know that my number still is not cancelled and i get a new cancellation number. The customer service is pathetic and it takes 30 mts on an average to look into the details and complete the call. Hope they cancel the connection and charge me till 21st April.
