CONNECTION SHIFTING IS NOT DONE

Dear Team,

What you are working i don't know but one thing i know that i have applied to shift my connection and since last one month i didn't got any resolution and your billing department always calls me and harass me for the payments reminders. Now you say why should i pay the bills if i am not using the phone connection and who will bear the loss of my business due to my phone calls and now this is the last i am trying and then i must will pull you in the Legal Actions and i have much evidence.

Since last conversation i didn't got any resolution. My Connection is not

shifted to my new address and i am not going to pay any of my bills due to your

delay. Even no body responded in customer care and refused too. Whenever i

call to nodal officer (07554200460) it is again redirected to

customer care and they repeat the same that we are in process. Now i am going

to pull you out in legal actions.
