Getting incoming calls from Reliance only

I have gone thru MNP from Airtel to Reliance two and half months back. Now I am post paid user of Reliance GSM using my old no 9993035666 in Reliance net work. unfortunately since i have done mnp I am not getting calls from other networks like airtel, idea, docomo or any other networks, I can only receive calls from RELIANCE network ONLY . Surprisingly I CAN call outgoing to any network but not getting incoming calls from other than Reliance. PLEASE DO THE NEED FUL AND OBLIGE, thanking you in an anticipation ..
