My name is rajesh kumar thakur. I am using the prepaid connection of bharti airtel. My prepaid connection number is 9766077962. This is the fourth time within a month that the balance is being deducted from my account without any reason. For the first time 15 rs were deducted from my account. After talking to the custmer care supervisor i got it refunded back. Than after that 11rs were deducted from my account and after that 2.4 rs were deducted. For all the above complaints i talked to the custmer care. And today i was again charged 22.40 for i dont know what reason. I am using the 98 pack and i dont know why everytime i talk to the custmer care they say that i am being charged for using airtel live services even when i have deleted the airtel live settings and have only mobile office setting. I want you to refund my balance back and ensure that such type of things never happen again or i will stop using airtel as well as suggest others also to not to use it.
