Misbehaviour by customer service dept

1. I have an airtel postpaid connection no.-9800005077.

2. On 09 nov 10, i got a call from an airtel representative named "Soma" (who called me from her

no.-9933411910) asking for bill payment. As i have not received the bill (neither hard/soft copy nor SMS), i informed her about unawareness of the bill amount. The girl spoke to me in a rude and impolite manner and told me bill will not be given to me and i have to go to airtel counter to make the payment. She also mentioned that i am lying about not receival of the bill as they have been despatched.

3. I hope this is not the right way to treat old customers. This is definitely going to alienate people.
