Dear sir my name is naman rathi i am from jodhpur rajashtan i use blackberry curve 8520 model and i use blackberry services i activated my bis plan 1 which costs rs 299 per month which includes email access and blackberry messenger but due to my sim reissue for sme reasons on 7 july i am trying to activate my services but till today my services are not activated total 12 days have been passed i dont know wat the officers at airtel do they are theives they are fools and make innocent people also fools . 100 rs have been wasted calling the customer care which should be NO CUSTOMER CARE NODAL OFFICER AND APPELEATE OFFICER i mean hw the company like airtel recruit these fools and waste hand some amount of money on them now who will pay the amount gone between these 12 days plz refund my amount and start my airtel blackberry services very soon i am changing my network and do not want to b with just a uselesss company my mobile no is 9929966620 and email is [email protected] plz confirm my request on caling or either by mail plz its a request plz proceed my complain on urgent basis thanks
