Airtel-False promise/ cheating

Dear Sir,

I have applied for Airtel Broadband connection last Thursday. The Airtel people promised me to arrange for the connection within a day, but I am yet to get the connection until now. It has been a week since I applied for the connection. I have already paid for the connection and the payment has been passed on 05-06.

I have been contacting several persons regarding this issue, but they are not attending the call. When I contacted the Airtel Customer Care, they told me that the connection was not feasible in our area. Then how can you pass my cheque before you check the connection feasibility.

I am very UNHAPPY with your service and the way your airtel people respond to my service calls.

I would never choose or recommend any airtel service to any one, i feel very much CHEATED. I have been used by your executive to reach their monthly sales target, If there is no feasibility why should your executive give me false promise.
