Negligence of Executives

Hi,

This complaint is against a executive of Airtel Named Kiran Kumar (9900026447). I applied for Airtel Post paid connection last week, I called him up and told to collect the document. When ever I call, he used to say rite now I'm Busy I will be there in 1/2 - 1 hr. He repeated the same for nearly 2 weeks and dint come to collect the documents. Today morning he came and collected the document still the sim is not activated. Is this the way Airtel treat the customer? Is this the way Airtel trained their Employees? or is that because Airtel operates in 20 countries across South Asia, Africa and the Channel Islands, It has 243.336 million customers across 20 countries so it is fine if they loose 1 or 2 customers? If this is the case then one day you will surely loose all the customer. World is competitive. There are many other service providers who really do good and value their customers. This is the worst experience I had with Airtel.
