I am facing a lot of problems with Airtel!

I am facing a lot of problem with Airtel Mobile Services since the last 3 months and I have not received any solution from them inspite of regular follow-up. Please find below the detailed description of the complete situation.

I went to China on 3rd Feb on an official business visit and as requested airtel services were working fine there. But during my subsequent visit to Thailand, my phone was disconnected without any information. I had called Mr. Sunil (Airtel, Delhi) to inquire about the termination of services & even he couldn’t help in any manner. This was 11th Feb onwards. During this period I missed a meeting with a Delegate who came from FRANKFURT coz there was no communication b/w us which led to loss of FEW 1000 $ to our company.

I was never given any intimation regarding the reason of this disconnection (NO SMS, No Phone Call either on my mobile or in the office). If they would have informed me I could have asked someone in the office to resolve the issue (which was unknown to me). Now when I have complained airtel regarding this they have not responded at all. I am attaching all the email conversation which I had with Airtel.

I am receiving phone calls from different people everyday to claim the payment but no one is trying to give a solution (callers are not even aware about the issue so I have to explain at least 3 times a day), despite all the assurances I have still not received any solution from Airtel. In fact they have started calling my friends (numbers they took from my calling history) and trying to check my position in the company.

Never in my experience have I had such poor customer support. I cannot be held to ransom just because I have this number for quite some time.
