I HAVE A AIRTEL CONNECTION, AND USING AT NASHIK.FROM LAST WEEK SERVICE IS NOT WORKING AS AIRTEL HIRED SOME ILLEGAL TOWER.BUT AS A POSTPAID CUSTOMER I AM GOING TO CHARGED FOR ALL DAYS OF MONTH THOUGH SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO AIRTEL ISSUES, ON CALLING TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE TO NOT TO CHARGE ME FOR THOSE 5 DAYS WHEN AIRTEL SERVICE AT NASIK WAS POOR/WORST WITH NO CONNECTIVITY, CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES DENIED TO DO SO.BEING A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY AIRTEL WOULD HAVE SHOWED COURTESY TO NOT TO CHARGE TO CUSTOMER FOR THE DAYS WHEN THEIR SERVICE WAS WITH NO CONNECTIVITY.
I AM WAITING FOR THE BILL OF THIS MONTH SO THAT I CAN TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST IT.
