I have faced a critical concern last week.
I used to recharge for Mobile - GPRS internet plan every months for Rs 98 plan.
I never knew or informed about that the same plan is now changed into Rs 95 plan.
Last Sunday (29-Nov) when i asked Airtel dealer about the internet plan he gave me Rs 98 plan.
After rechaging I came to know that my exisintg plan on 29-Nov (Airtel-Aitel 30 p, Airetel to Other mobile -50 P & Daily 100 SMS free till April) got cancelled with this plan.
When i talked to customer care I came to know that the plan that was given to me was happended to be another Raoming plan.
There was actually no mistake in my side (as i was not informed by any means). I appreciate Airtel after couple of calls with customer care officers, my Rs 98 was refunded back to my main account.
However my plan on 30-Nov-09 (Airtel-Aitel 30 p, Airtel to Other mobile -50 P & Daily 100 SMS free till April) which was valid till April got revoked/cancelled.
I need the plan again badly.
Request your kind attention to my case & restore my above said plan as I am unable to enjoy Airtel service now like before.
