Without my permission cutting amount in my mobile

Sir,

i have been using Airtel number for 5 years. On 05-12-09 without my consent airtel charged Rs.20 for friendschat.and also cut moeny for joke. I don't want this friends Chat.

i have to sure the consumer court in this regard.
