WRONGLY DEDUCTION OF BALANCE

Respected Sir,

I am Naresh Sharma. I am the user of Bharti Airtel Mobile Prepaid Services. My Mobile No. 9993854115. I use airtel services since last 5 years. One week ago I have received a message from airtel that you have been activated Missed Call Alert and you have been charged Rs. 5 per week. Immediately I call customer care and told him that I have not activated any Miss Call Alert but they do not listing any thing when I force them he transfer my call to senior officer. Then I talk to senior officer and said the problem of wrongly deduction then they satisfy and after few minutes my balance reversed by the senior officer and deactivated the Miss Call Alert.

Today (on Dt. 09-12-09) again I have received a message from airtel that you have been activated Miss Call Alert and you have been charged Rs. 5 per week. Then again I call to customer care and told him that I have not activated any Miss Call Alert but they do not listen any thing and transfer my call to senior officer. When I talk to senior officer they argue with me and said that you have been charged because you have activated this service. When I had deactivated the Mill Call Alert in last week why I activated. One thing is not understand by me that their system can display that who is activated the services. System had deducted wrongly automatically. This is second time. No clarification given by the costumer care

When I am talking to officer near about 11 minute (7.47pm to 7.58pm. Dt 09-12-09). When I disconnect the call. In my phone 3 messages have come from Airtel that you have been activated dialer tone song charges Rs. 15 and monthly charges Rs. 30 and total Rs.45 have been deduction from my account. How this is possible that I am talking to costumer care then who is activated my dialer tone. This is disgusting. And this is the limit of wrongly deduction. I have doubt that the dialer tone is started by the senior officer of Airtel for revenge. And they done something that my call do not connect to costumer care. only one thing is remembered by him that you have been activated. Sir this is kind for your information that if one time balance have deducted by them if right or wrong they do not refund the balance. I hope you will take some action about wrongly deduction So I request you please refundable my wrongly charged amount as early as possible. This is for Airtel Bharti that if he had not refund my wrongly deducted balance I will stop uses of service. In my home 5 Airtel Sim has been working.
