I have been using Airtel landline and internet at home.
Account Numbers being 14554240 and 14554239 for my landline and internet accounts
I had to shift my residence on 1st Nov. I approached Airtel at a later date asking if they have connection facility in the new residence (Vivek Vihar, Sector-82, Noida) and they immediately said they dont have a connection. So I requested on the phone for my connection to be cancelled and asked for the next steps. They refused to tell me what I need to do and they were following up only for my payment. When I told them that please tell me what I need to do they were still insisting on only payment to be made after that they can tell me. So I called them to my office and made the payment. I realized that the amoutn was an increased amount to cover the till date payment. I was hoping that my account will be closed after that. Ironically, I am getting a message from Airtel to pay further amount. Airtel has been calling me and harrassing me and attimes I am receiving mroe than 5 calls per day.
Even while I was a customer, they used to call and harrass me even before the payment due date.
I would reckon that Airtel customer service has been very bad
They have been eating my peace of mind. I would request you to please initiate action right away and save millions of people and let strong message be passed to such Giants.
