Dear Sir/Madam,
I have to say that I recharged my mobile through Rs.96 GPRS pack on dated 8th December which gives 2 GB free between 12:00 am to 8:00 am and 100 MB extra in original balance. That night (9 Decmber between 12:00am to 8:00am) I used not deducted in my original balance. Again next day (10th December between 12:00am to 8:00am) I used, my total available balance has been deducted while I checked dialling through *125*3#, used only 123 MB.
I contact to customer care against my deduction of balance Rs. 72 on 10th December at 7:24 am. Conversion happened with Mr. Dilip Kumar, who given me Complain No.: 70400 and told your problem will be solved till 14th December at 6:00 pm also an alternate number (9570935272) has been taken.
Since a long interval has been given to solve this problem and I again contacted to customer care executive Ms. Reena, who also gave me a complain no.: 121223760300 and will be solved till 15th Dec. But till date, my problem not solved.
Again I recharged 17 December, then again deducted my main account balance.
I am still feared that if I recharge my mobile, then balance would be deducted. Now in these days I am trying to contact with customer care, but no any options is being given to direct contact from Airtel Service.
I ask, why tells lie with customers during conversion and does not work for customers.
Tell me what should I do to get returned my balance? Why happens these types of deduction?
