I BOUGHT A SIM FROM YOUR OUTLET NAMELY RATAN SHREE COMM. 309, PUSHP VIHAR APPT., RANJEET HANUMAN ROAD, INDORE WITH FOLLOWING DETAILS:

DATE:16/11/'09

I SUBMITTED MY DRVING LICENCE FOR PHOTO ID & ADD. PROOF ALONG WITH 1 PHOTO AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

I RCIEVED A SMS ON THIS NO. THAT MY OUTGOING & INCOMING SERVICES HAVE BEEN ABOLISHED. ON 21/11/'09.

ON 22/11/'09, I AGAIN SUBMITTED XEROX OF DRIVING LICENCE, ALONG WITH COPY OF MY PAN CARD & 1 PHOTO.ON THAT EVE, MY SERVICES WERE BEGINNED.

ON 27/11/'09 EVE, MY ALL SERVICES WERE AGAIN BLOCKED WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE.WHEN I ASKED YOUR EXECUTIVE ON 28/11/'09 AT 2.00 P.M., THEY REPLIED THAT DOCUMENTS ARE NOT VERIFYING.WHEN I ASKED FORCEFULLY THAT I HAVE SUBMITTED THEM TWICE, HE REPLIED THAT YOUR SERVICES WILL BE RESUMED AFTER 4 HRS.

IN THEE EVE OF 28/11/'09, MY OUTGOING SERVICES WERE STARTED, BUT THEY SAID INCOMING FACILITY WILL BE RESUMED TILL 2ND OF DEC. WHEN I QUESTIONED THAT WHAT'S THE REASON, THEN THEY REPLIED THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO ANSWER.

PLEASE DO TELL ME:

1. HAVE I DONE ANY MISTAKE BY BUYING AIRTEL SIM?

2. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BLOCKING MY SIM EVEN AFTER SUBMITTING REQD. DOCUMENTS TWICE?

3. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MENTAL HARASSMENT & FINANCIAL LOSSES?

4. SHALL I PUT THIS MATTER IN TO CONSUMER FORUM?
