Service without permission

I have used prepaid connection of airtel vide no. 9872479690. The company has debited Rs.30/- for Friendz Chat Service vide sms dated 30.12.2009.

I inform you that i have not permission for this service.

I have booked my compaint on 121 at 24 hour service of Airtel for disconnect this service and reverse Rs. 30/- in my account vide complaint no. 338800 dated 30.12.2009. But the operater inform me Rs.30/- can not be credit to my account.

I also inform you that i have already 4-5 months back booked for DND Service (for phone and sms) on my mobile no.9872479690.

Please disconnect above said service and reverse Rs.30/- in my account and further not sent to any offer to me.
