Harassment for bill payment after termination request

Mam/sir,

we have net connection with name raj kumar agarwal, connection no. 0129-4009533. I have submitted the bill of the month 17 aug to 16 sep on 1st oct. on 1st oct I have submitted the request for the termination of the net connection and landline. But they have not disconnected the connection. Now they have made the bill of next 2 months and forcing me to deposit the bill. I have told them that If I have pending bill of the period 17 sep to 1 oct then I will pay the bill but they are forcing me to pay the bill till dec end. something around 3000 rs. they are directly saying me that we will keep on calling you until you deposit ur bill. I am also a business man and he wasting my time again and again. I said them please don't harass me for this, they said me will do so for this thing only we are getting salary. the person talking to me is
