Sms recharge not activate

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Sandeep Bhartia & my Airtel Mobile No.9163583513, i am recharge a SMS card on 09/01 at 06:31 P.M., i received a massage of 250 SMS free.

I am sanding a massage in Local there charged in sms balance but i am sanding a massage in National there charged in main balance.

I am already complian service centre (my complain no.17003346), so kindly i request you to please activate my national & international sms and i also request to my Rs.6/- returned (is deducted my main balance).

Do the earliest & send me a massage.
