Alance missing, irresponsible attitude&cheating

Sir,

im an airtel kerala costomer my number is 09746191943 on yesterday (14-01-10) there was a missing in my balance so i called customer care to ask about the problem they told me to call gprs section to solve the problem, then i called gprs section but they told me to call normal customer care.then i called normal customer care but they wre disconnecting the call with out talking a single word.relly i felt sad and anger. from today they are barred the call to customer care. this is really a cheeting and ignorence. so please give me solution as early as possible
