Dear Sir,
I have subscribed to Airtel Prepaid Blackberry Servies of 299. The amount was deducted from my account (mobile no -09665057838) but the services din not get activated. I had called a customer executive and they told me to visit aitel office as they could do nothing about it. The airtel office informs me that the services are not working properly for prepaid and i should switch to postpaid.
This is unethical. Why should i switch to postpaid. I want my money back if AIrtel can not activate my blackberry services. Also the airtel customer care now have stopped responding to my blackberry complain and they just disconnect the phone.
