During Last month, i got messages from Airtel Live stating that i have downloaded some game from Airtel Live and i am charged Rs.99.So i called customer care immediately. The Rep said they cant do anything now until the bill is generated. But i kept getting these messages everyday. Someday i would get one messages some day i would get two.everytime i complained i got the same response that is to call them after bill got generated. So totally for the month of january i got around 13 messages.
Finally they took up the complaint and they are saying i have only downloaded and they cant waiver the charges. I have an Android Phone and i can use Java games so there i no point in me downloading java games. And not only that i dont know how to access Airtel Live also. I tried telling this but they r saying i have only downloaded.
Sometime i used to wake up in the morning and get i would have got this message late at night after i slept. How is it possible for me download games while i sleep??
Please look into this issue. I have a postpaid connection and my number is 8129498085.
They have charged around Rs.1000 in my bill
