I have two accounts with Airtel and I had requsted for a tariff plan change through as my connection is a corporate connection. I even got a reply stating that tariff has been changed for both the #'s, however which I noticed that only for one # the tariff has been changed and they were billing the other # with the old tariff. When I lodged a complaint with them after 15 days they came back stating that I sent a sms and not an e mail though I have emails and building some stories in the wrong usage of the word. They have charged an in correct amount.
