Billing more than my usage

Dear Sir,

I am using airtel postpaid connection from the past one and half years and getting cheated by them from the 4th month of my usage. Not even a single month the service providers (Airtel) had sent me the bill properly and they use to charge me the late payment charges each and every month which i was calling to their customer care and used to get waived off. Now recently i come to know about the discrepency in my bill like repeatedly they have printed the outgoing calls for 3 to 4 times with certain duration which i had reported to the Airtel Customer Care. The CSE who spoke to me had told that this is because of Virus in my Mobile Handset. I am using the preloaded Antivirus handset and that is not at all a reason.. When ever i give a complaint against that the clever CSE's use to register the complaint as Customer Bill not recieved and they use to call me on daily basis which was irritating to me. I do have the complete track of my calls and i have been charged at least of 1500/- (One thousand Five Hundred Rs) more than my usage for 3 to 4 months. Previously regarding the same issue the airtel people themselves had given me the 500/- (Five Hundred Rs) of waiver. And now without any prior information or notice to me they have withdrew my services also without giving clarrification to my complaint. So please help me regarding this complaint. I am also ready to raise a complaint against them in the Court of Justice also.
