Reduce Mobile balance

Sir/Madam,

On 8 feb. 2010 I recharge mobile balance of Rs. 525 at 5:43 PM.

Same time my balance reduce by Rs. 10 and on 8:00 PM again my balance reduce by Rs. 10.

On 9 feb When I asked to customer care why reduce my balance?

then thay said "your balance reduce of activaction charge" His request Reference no. is 0209029176.

Again I asked same question on afternoon Then They said "you download wallpapers".

Both time they said different-2 statements.

But I did not download any wallpaper. I cannot satisfied their statements.
