MCA service and GPRS

Dear Airtel,

I have received a message again today that "MCA service has been activated on my mobile and Rs15 got deducted from me. The same thing is happening from 3 months and every month i am calling customer care, then they resend my money back. I asked them to totally deactivate this service on my mobile, but that has not been done yet. What is problem the to deactivate it? Even now i have called customer care twice, both told me they were transferring my cal to some senior executive, but i waited for 3 min for the first time and no one attended. For the second time, after 1 min the call got disconnected. Are your senior executives sleeping in the day time???

The second time i called the customer care, the guy told some jokes service was activated on my mobile... What the hell?

When are you going to solve my problem??? I dont want any MCA service or something on my mobile...

3months before i have called nearly 10times for the GPRS settings, not even one has sent me those till date. If you are so useless, better put your company in some safe hands... Donot irritate customers this way... and stop behaving so cheap...
