A froad company who detect balance

my complaint against Airtel Bharti Communication. My name is Vazid Mohammed Khan and my number is 91-8890185879. I recharge my Cell no amount of Rs. 98 for using his Broadband Services. My complaint is that Airtel Bharti has deduct my balance of amount 19/- against my Broadband Services Between 26 & 27 feb. I have try to contact many time of customer care executive, but every time i contact with them, they always give me wrong information and they did not transfer my call to his GPRS Help line. I try 5 time.
