Whenever i press "9" during the call to speak to customer care.i just

hear "SMS AIRTEL T0 121 FOR YOUR QUERIES, THANK YOU FOR CALLING

AIRTEL, HAVE A GREAT DAY"

i have been calling the customer care since Friday but of no Vail, the

Speed of Gprs is pathetic and it take 1 minute to open Google on my

PC, i am using Nokia N73 Handset and i have subscribed to the Rs 22 per 200Mb Plan, i tried using a bsnl simcard of my friend and it worked great and i got a speed of 14kbps,
