Airtel is deducting 0.30 /- from my balance even thought i had not touched my mobile just an message come (your last call 0.30 and your balance is ...) this had not happed many times, after contacting to customr care they twice refunded me my money (complain reference 0226657164 and 0224415769) but now even customer care is not helping me out. This problem exist two-three months back and after consulting with customer care it was solved no money was deducted and now they had started deducting my money.
Once again I repet they deduct my money even though I haven't even thouch the my mobile phone, nor now they refund me my money.
