I am suhail from j&k state... sir i was using an airtel prepaid connection"9906080095"..
before three months indian govt banned prepaid in j&k. But now prepaid has been relaunched in j&k.all customers in j&k have to reactivate their prepaid connection by submitting proper documents...
Sir i had already submitted my documents on 18-2... but my number is still pending and not activated..I visted airtel showroom many times but they are not responding... Sir i also called airtel call center, but no response from their also... Sir even i called airtel authority in j&k.they also are not responding..Sir i am requesting you please and please solve my problem..Sir my alternate number is 09906664486...
