Airtel
No. stop working

I was using a airtel postpaid no. 9810630623 from 2005 and then i convert my no in prepaid on nov and on 30th dec it stopped working. when i asked about it from airtel officials they told me to submit the documents again and did the same, and no action taken against my complains in airtel.

but no. didn't work.

i want the reason why my no. stopped working.
