Unable to make outgoing calls

Sir,

I have an AIRTEL No. 919931160344 since 2006. It has a lifetime Plan of Rs 999/-.

recently the outgoing call service has been cut off for this number without any prior information and despite of having enough of balance to make calls.check it out.
